We assess competencies through detailed behavioral questioning. A combination of hypothetical problem solving examples relevant to the role and deep exploration of past approaches and case studies help us assess subject matter expertise. We are certified to administer the Hogan Assessment to help identify strengths, derailers and cultural fit.
