Lingua Franca is defined as “a common language.” LF Search was originally founded to provide search support for our client partners across the universal language of Analytics, but we were repeatedly being asked the same question upon search completion: “Can you repeat this process for other functional areas in our business?” From many thousands of conversations and hundreds of engagements, we have built a deep candidate network of fintech and financial services talent across all functions, enabling us to assist our client partners with any of their critical hiring needs. We remain LF Search, but our “lingua franca” has evolved from the functional area of Analytics to the industries of fintech and financial services.
